I passed the test

My contract has been extended for another 18 months


Euphoria didn't come as I had expected, and instead the only thing I can come close to admitting is that I felt relieved, for five minutes. From the moment my supervisor presented me my contract and payslip to walking to my cubicle and sitting down, the five minutes had already expired. The moment I picked up the phone and took the calls, there was a hint of dismay.

I'm just tired, I guess.
